YARN FEEDING

The process begins with the yarn feeding system (creel), where multiple yarn cones are placed and fed into the circular knitting machine to ensure smooth and continuous yarn supply.

CIRCULAR KNITTING

The circular knitting machine converts yarn into knitted fabric by interlocking loops. It produces high-quality fabric with uniform structure, consistent width, and high production efficiency.

FABRIC INSPECTION

After knitting, the fabric is inspected on the inspection machine to detect defects, holes, color variations, oil stains, or any imperfections to ensure only premium quality fabric proceeds further.
